Register your program

Run a co-op, class, team, studio, or support group in Volusia County? Fill this in once and it goes in the directory. Everything below is what families will see on your page, so the more you tell us, the less we have to ask.

The basics
The one heading that fits best. It decides which of the questions below we bother you with.
Your business or group, as families will see it at the top of your listing — e.g. 'Learning with Patty' or 'Bright Horizon Co-op'. Register once, and list each class you run below.
Every class or activity you run, so families can search for them. Type one and press Enter, then the next — e.g. 'Beginners Spanish', 'Spanish II'.
One sentence that families read in the directory before they click through — e.g. 'A weekly conversation class for beginners, ages 8 to 12.'
What you do and the benefits of your program — e.g. what a typical session looks like, and what makes it special. Leave a blank line between paragraphs.

Tags help families find you when they search by keyword. Pick any that fit. If a keyword that matters for your program isn't listed, type it in to suggest it — e.g. 'Lego robotics'. We review every tag suggestion.
Can't find the word you want? Suggest up to three, separated by commas — e.g. 'Lego robotics'. We review every tag suggestion.
Who teaches, and what you teach
Who teaches or leads, and what qualifies them — e.g. 'Taught by Patty Ruiz, a former middle school Spanish teacher with 12 years in the classroom.' Names are optional; experience and qualifications are what families look for.
Families ask, so we ask. Leave it blank if you would rather not answer — that is not the same as saying no, and we will publish neither.

Where you meet

Add every place you meet. Pick the match from the list so that families searching near them can find you — and if the place you mean is not on the list, type it and press + anyway.

    Start typing and pick the match — e.g. 'DeLand Regional Library' or '130 E Howry Ave, DeLand'. If you meet in more than one place, add each of them. No fixed address? A city is a perfectly good answer — type it and press +.
    Choose 'In person or virtual' if families can join either way.
    Tick if you go to the family's home, rather than the family coming to you.
    How far you will travel to families — e.g. 'west Volusia only' or 'up to 30 miles from DeLand'.
    When you meet

    The days and dates are what families filter by, so they are worth a minute even if they are only roughly right.
