Arts and crafts class meeting in different locations to try and expand to make a homeschool community
We are two homeschool moms who started this journey because we missed having projects come home like we used to have in school! Our names are Rachel and Brittney both of which have years of experience working with children in both school and out of school settings!
We are an Arts and crafts class trying to expand to different communities. Classes run about an hour give or take on the projects we are doing as well as the location. We do a couple projects each class and always post on our Facebook page what the projects will be for each class! We include stem and/or sensory items into each class as well, so if a child finishes early or wants a little break in between crafts!
We are trying out different locations to reach different families as we know traveling sometimes can be too much! If you have any suggestions on locations you would like or think would be successful our inbox is always open! We look forward to meeting you and your children!
Teacher qualifications / leader bio
Brittney has her teachers assistant certification through New York State. She has taught for over 10 years in a school setting with 5 and under with both the general and special education population.
Rachel has babysat and taken care of children actively for 15 plus years.
